Come On Over
The Christmas Plan
Everything you need to host Christmas, all in one place.
I once invited 20 friends over for an eleven o'clock brunch. Some people drove two hours to get there. I'd been up all night cooking, and I still didn't serve a single plate until one in the afternoon.
Honestly the food turned out delicious. That was never the problem. The problem was I'd made too many dishes, with no timing, no realistic plan, just good intentions and a kitchen slowly falling apart.
If you've ever hosted and felt like that, or have wanted to host but don't because you fear that being your reality, you're exactly who I made this for.
This is for you if...
- You've hosted before and swore afterwards you'd never do it again.
- You've secretly wanted to host for years, but the fear wins every time.
- Your food is good, it's the stress and the timing that fall apart.
- You start cooking the night before and still feel behind on the day.
- You make four dishes when two would've been plenty, because you're scared it won't be enough.
- You want everyone to have a magical time, but you're too frazzled to enjoy it yourself.
- You'd love, just once, to sit down at your own table with a glass in hand and actually relax.
Here's what I want you to know. You don't need to become more organised. You don't need to learn timings, or test recipes, or figure out the perfect menu.
Because I've already done it for you.
This is the whole plan, start to finish. Every recipe tested so you know it works. A menu laid out and timed so nothing lands cold. And if even that feels like a lot, there are simplified versions, and a shareable tasks page so your guests can carry some of the load.
All you have to do is read it, invite people, and cook. That's it.
As a private chef and a regular host, this is the exact thing I always wished I'd had, every time I hosted or planned an event for a client.
Come On Over The Christmas Plan
And that's exactly what it is: the whole plan, already done.
You don't decide anything. You don't test anything. You don't work out what goes with what, when to start, how much to make, or how to get it all to the table hot at the same time. I've already done every bit of that for you just as I would for a client.
It's not a cookbook you have to decode. It's not one more thing to plan. It's the plan. Open it, and you already know exactly what Christmas looks like.
This time of year, there are a million things to think about. Let me take some of them off your plate, so you can focus on what matters most: the people, the gifts, and the memories and traditions that last.
All that's left is the best part. Open the door, pour a drink, and say
come on over.

FAQs
How many recipes do I get?
You get a complete Christmas menu of 6 dishes: 2 entrées, 1 main, 2 sides and 1 dessert, plus gluten-free alternatives and a bonus vegetarian main.
How many people does it cater for?
There's a built-in interactive guest calculator, so simply enter how many people you're expecting and the recipes and shopping list will adjust accordingly.
I've never hosted before. Is this still for me?
Absolutely! I've thought of everything to make your first time hosting as seamless as possible. You've got this.
Will it work in a small kitchen or with one oven? What equipment do I need?
Of course! The menu is designed to be easy and stress free for any regular home cook. No special or fancy equipment is needed, and all of the recipes have been tested in a standard conventional oven.
When should I start?
The menu is designed to be cooked over 2 days, or just 1 if you ask others to make some things for you with the shareable tasks.
How much time will I spend in the kitchen?
The plan is designed so most of the work is done before your guests arrive, which means you're at the party, not stuck in the kitchen. The full menu takes around 4 hours of cooking on each of two prep days (e.g. Christmas Eve and Christmas morning), with just a few minutes of finishing touches once everyone's there. Timings vary a little depending on how many guests you're cooking for. Choosing the simplified menu brings it down, and sharing tasks with your guests lightens the load even more.
What format is it in, and how do I access it?
It's a members-only web page. Once you've purchased, you'll create a login and access it that way. It works on your phone too.
How long will I have access?
You'll have lifetime access! It's a one-time payment, so you can come back to it year after year :)
Can I print it?
You can print the recipes and the menu. Everything else is interactive and made to be used digitally.
Is this vegetarian friendly?
Not all of the recipes are vegetarian, but if you have a vegetarian guest attending, there's a bonus vegetarian main recipe included. You can tick or untick it to add it to your prep timeline and shopping list.
Will I be able to accommodate allergies or gluten-free guests?
For common intolerances like gluten, I've included alternatives wherever it's present. For allergies, people can be allergic to all sorts of things, so ask your guests if they have any and check the recipes for potential allergens. You may need to research whether it's something you can easily leave out or if you should find a substitute.
Is this vegan friendly?
Unfortunately not. I promise I'll have a full vegan Christmas menu by next year, but it's not ready yet. Join the waitlist to hear as soon as it launches.
